1. Who is responsible

2. In short
This website sets no cookies, has no accounts, no forms, and uses no analytics, tracking, advertising or social-media services. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your browser contacts no third party while you read. The only data processed is what a web server inevitably handles (section 3) and what you send us by email (section 4). If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your browser (local storage entry theme); it stays on your device and is never sent to us.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, acting on our behalf. When you visit, the web server processes your IP address, the date and time, the requested page, the amount of data transferred, your browser and the referring page in server logs. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and the logs are kept only as long as that requires. We do not combine this data with anything else.
4. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your email address, your name if you give it, and your message to reply to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the correspondence once your request is settled, unless a legal retention duty applies.
5. Links to other sites
This site links to our app websites and to the Apple App Store and Google Play. These are plain links: nothing is passed on until you click one, and the privacy policy of the site you open applies from then on.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR), and you can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). Write to us to exercise them. If the site changes in a way that affects this policy, we update it here and change the date above.
